The Board
Emily Hamblet, President Emily Hamblet is a junior in Lowell, concentrating in OEB. She was the commander of her JROTC Ranger (athletic) team in Hawaii, where she went to high school. Her martial arts background is largely in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, which she began training in college. Not only is she currently the President of Crimson Krav, but she is also treasurer of Harvard Jiu Jitsu. Myles McDonough, Secretary Myles McDonough is a senior in Quincy, concentrating in English. He comes with a diverse modern martial arts background, including three years of high school wrestling and two years of boxing with the Harvard Boxing Club. His interest in Krav Maga stems from his desire to be able to protect himself and those he cares about. Trevor Brandt-Sarif, Founder and Instructor Trevor Brandt-Sarif is currently a senior in Pfoho, concentrating in Philosophy. He discovered Krav Maga during his high school senior spring, took a gap year to train it intensively in Los Angeles (his hometown) under John Whitman, and has been training ever since. He is also one of the teachers of the Brandeis University Krav Maga Club (run by Krav Maga Boston under Dennis Amato). He cares so much about Krav Maga because the only thing he knows is that the safety of himself and his loved ones is non-negotiable. When he's not Kraving or teaching Krav to others, he's likely philosophy'ing in a DHall somewhere. |
