Spring Semester 2015: Info for Interested Students
We are going to do things differently this semester from in the past. Instead of having separate intro sessions for only new students, we will be using our normal class times (see below) for reviewing the basics for the first two or three weeks. If you are interested in training with us this semester, please come to the first three Wednesdays or first three Sundays, during which we'll go over the material you'll need to know to get started.
Membership is still by invitation, which we will be offering at the end of the three weeks. If you have any questions that are not answered by the FAQs, please shoot us an e-mail and we'll get back to you.

Spring 2015 Class Details
Our standard class times are the same as the fall, Sundays 3:30-5:00 PM (Mac Mezzanine) and Wednesdays 6:30-8:00 PM (Mac Fitness Room 2).
Please note, these classes are open to anyone who is interested in joining only for the first three weeks (Wednesday Jan 28th-Sunday Feb 15th)--After that, we will be covering material that is more advanced and assumes you know some of the basics. Thank you for your understanding.
